M3 Property Maintenance completed a full fascia, soffit and guttering renewal on a semi-detached property in Northampton, finished in a single day on 5th August. The project used Swish fascia, soffit and guttering systems throughout, giving the roofline a smart, weatherproof finish from end to end.
The Challenge
The existing fascias and soffits were showing clear signs of age, with cracked and peeling paintwork, exposed timber, and worn roofing felt at the eaves. The guttering had reached a similar stage, no longer giving the same level of protection it once did.
Left in this condition, ageing fascias, soffits and guttering can allow water to reach the roof timbers and brickwork behind them, so a full renewal was the right next step to protect the property going forward.
The Solution
