We’re very proud to showcase a project which has been a combined effort from our roofline and cladding teams – and what a transformation they’ve achieved!

Our clients in Bow Brickhill contacted us to refresh the rendering on the front of their house, to have it replaced with cladding – which has so many benefits for the strength of a building’s structure, and offers some serious weatherproofing protection too. They also needed a full roofline refresh for the property, so this was the perfect job for our expert exterior teams!

We started by commissioning the removal of the old cream render that was covering the front of the top storey, and for this job we contacted Crossin Plasterers Property Services Ltd. They left it clear and ready for our cladding team to install new, top-quality HardiePlank in the ‘Cobblestone’ shade, which keeps the overall look and feel of the property as it was before, with all the benefits of cladding – and the smart, modern look too.

The new cladding was complemented by the new guttering, soffits and fascias, which our roofline team completed around the property in black. The equipment we removed had been there for many years, and with the addition of the new cladding, this was the perfect time to refresh it.

Our fitters worked extremely hard to deliver the desired finish, and we think you’ll agree that the end result is smart and modern – and best of all, it’s water-tight for the foreseeable future!
