M3 Property Maintenance were very proud to be contracted by Signature Homes, a local Milton Keynes building company, to supply and fit the cladding on the residences they were building in the Milton Keynes area in September 2018.

The site of the new development was in XXX and there were six plots that required cladding. We use James Hardie Plank Cladding because it’s made of a a low maintenance fibre cement that is extremely durable, resisting extreme weather conditions like blistering sun, UV rays and very high temperatures.

Our specification was to fit a breathable paper, and then baton out and fix the Green Mist option from the James Hardie range. The high specification we were given made a huge difference to the end result, and we completed all works in January 2019 – six plots with weatherproof, durable and very smart exteriors.

We have gone on to complete more recent cladding projects for new builds in Blunham, Granbrough, Wavendon and Newton Longville for Signature Homes.
